My parents moved into our new apartment on Sunday. Well, kind of. They have a bed and a chair, and that's about it; everything else is still at our house. My brother and I will be making a trip down tomorrow with more furniture and things. Moving will be a gradual process.
The reason I bring this up is because I really wanted to draw attention to how weird it is to not have parents around. I mean, it shouldn't be that weird; I lived without them for almost two full years. But this is the house I grew up in. They have always been on the couch, or in the other room, or just down the hall. Plus my brothers haven't been around, so I've been home completely by myself. I can handle a dorm room: small, easy to keep clean, simple. But house are so BIG. And lonely.
Policy for this blog: don't reread until it's posted, don't edit, don't look back. It'll be like NANOWRIMO; the point is to always keep moving forward, regardless of content or quality. It's probably for best that no one will be reading this.
My birthday is in 17 days! Yay.
Going to go watch Gilmore Girls and brown some hamburger.
